Has anyone seen my plot?

...because I seem to have mislaid mine.
Went out at 8am to get breakfast & managed to pick up cottage cheese rather than cream cheese...I nearly broke down when I got home and saw it.
I have been officially told by my wife that I cannot get involved in the school problems any more, as she can see just how much it's dragged me down over the last two weeks.
No going to play golf today, the weather in Leeds makes Wales look positively tropical!
Despite a sleeping pill last night, or rather because of it, I feel like crap again today, and need to get my head at least partially sorted as on Tuesday I record a special show on mental health and on Wednesday night I'm one of the hosts for Radio Jcom's fashion show at the MAZCC centre.
In a way, I'm quite pleased that I wrote the show 2 weeks ago, because if I'd carried out my usual schedule, I would now be panicking and probably put recording back a few days.
Thats all for a while, I'm too knackered to go on...

I do think I might actually be screwed

I cant take much more of these problems Robert is having with his head mistress and bullying at highfield primary school.
I have found myself looking at suicide sites and considering a "pain free" chemical method.
I am really upset that this woman will not take my sons welfare seriously. She is a bloody liar, blackmailer and a joke of a headmistress.
She needs taking down a few pegs, and if I have to take her to court to do that, then so be it!
Problem is, I dont know if I can make it much further.

Sleep, perchance to dream...

Finally fell asleep about 5am. Watched the first ever episode of Sharpes Rifles with a certain Mr Bean in the lead role. I had forgotten just how good they are as dramas. Add to the fact that the regiment Sharpe is supposed to have been in is now part of my old Regiment (South Essex for Sharpe, 1st Bn. Royal Anglian for me) and it makes it more interesting to me at least.
Cat napped on the couch until 11am, and am now watching Wainwrights walks. The lakes are so beautiful and worth the visit any time of year.
I have to say, I am sorely tempted to get a pair of hiking boots and have a go at some of the "easier" routes in the lake district with Sue & Robert to try and improve both my general fitness and to improve the strength in my ankle.

Its Rosh Hashanah from sundown today! So its off to Aunt Paulas for a fantastic feed after Robert has had his golf lesson tonight, before collapsing (hopefully) into bed. Its my favourite holiday of the jewish calender, simply because everyone gets together and just enjoys the time spent.
Full house tonight though.
Paula, Robert Sr., Michael & Rochelle with Sam & Leah, Harvey & Sandy with both girls, my Father in Law Stephen and us 4.
Well, thats it for now. Might blog again later from dinner...

Long time, no use...

Well, Seems I only hit this thing if I'm feeling really bad, and its been a really busy few weeks.
I'm getting better at realising my highs & lows, but over the last 2 weeks, I've been all over the shop. After spending time in London with my wife for our 10th anniversary, we came back to Leeds for a couple of days before going back to watch Leeds Rhinos get stuffed in the challenge cup final. I've over done things and am so tired & run down that I'm picking up every little thing that passes.
Not sleeping well, so I feel really tired all the time.
Now Roberts gone back to school after the summer holidays, the house feels empty all the time.

yet another downer

long time, no blog.
its been a weird old week. Saturday was spent at a small village May Day parade with family, followed by an argument (of sorts) with the wife.
Cant remember doing anything on Sunday other than sorting out my father in law with a new mobile.
Monday was Ikea!!!!!
Never again. I went through a red light, had to scream to be heard in the car and could have leapt off as bridge by the time we got home.
The week hasnt got any better.
I'm not sleeping properly and getting very tetchy. I need a break from having to do as much as I am.
I take on too much.
thats it now until I can get some time alone.
